I ordered two for a wedding reception one white cake w white chocolateraspberry mousse, and one chocolate genoise with ganache frosting and these cakes were truly to die for. All I said when I ordered the cakes was I wanted them in a winter wonderland theme, and the pastry chef translated my vision perfectly. They were not only beautiful, but absolutely scrumptious the sponge the cake part was tender, and the fillings were light and tempting.
